Small-scale LNG (SSLNG) refers to the production, storage, and distribution of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in smaller quantities, typically less than 0.1 million tons per annum (mtpa). Small-scale LNG facilities are designed to provide gas supply to remote areas, islands, and other regions where large-scale infrastructure is not feasible or cost-effective.
